1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ModelFindr and the services offered through our platform. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, login credentials, and any verification documents.

2.2 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each account must be used only by the verified individual who registered it. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate and permanent lifetime ban from the platform.

3. Adult Content Policy & Platform Purpose

3.1 ModelFindr is strictly a business networking platform designed for professional connections between models and agencies. We are not a marketplace for purchasing adult content, sexual services, or explicit material of any kind.

3.2 While we serve the adult modeling industry, we do not permit nude photographs on our platform. Profile pictures and verification photos must be appropriate and non-explicit. Engaging in any attempts to purchase sexually explicit content or facilitate transactions related to sexual services will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 We reserve the right to ban your account for posting nude content to the platform or misusing our services for purposes other than legitimate business networking.

4. Services

4.1 ModelFindr provides a platform that connects models and agencies together. That's it. We facilitate connections between verified users but do not employ models directly, act as intermediaries in business negotiations, or take responsibility for agreements made between users.

4.2 Platform availability: While we strive to maintain continuous service, the platform may experience downtime due to technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.

4.3 Payment Processing Disclaimer: Trillium Group LLC is NOT a payment processor, financial institution, or payment intermediary. We do not facilitate, guarantee, process, or mediate any financial transactions between users. All payment arrangements, including but not limited to salary agreements, revenue sharing, deposits, and any other financial compensation, are entirely between the individual users and are outside the scope of our platform services.

4.4 No Payment Guarantees: ModelFindr does not guarantee that models will receive payment from agencies they work with. Users assume all financial risks associated with any business relationships formed through our platform. We strongly advise all users to conduct thorough due diligence before entering into any financial agreements.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Users must not engage in any activity that violates laws or regulations. Harassment, sharing of illegal content, and sharing contact information of a user with someone else are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Content Moderation: All user content and behavior is subject to review by our administrators. We use an internal reporting system to track and investigate potential violations of our Terms and Conditions. Administrators review reports, evaluate evidence, and determine appropriate actions based on the severity and nature of violations. This may include warnings, content removal, or account termination.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant ModelFindr a license to use it for platform purposes. You must not upload content that infringes on others’ rights. We apply a modelfindr.io watermark on all uploaded images, except for agency profile photos.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 By uploading images or documents to the ModelFindr platform, you are granting us a license to use the images or documents in accordance with our policies. This includes the right to display, store, and apply watermarks to your content as outlined in our terms.

7.2 DMCA Compliance: If you believe your copyrighted material has been infringed upon, please contact us with the following information: description of the copyrighted work, location of the infringing material on our platform, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices promptly.

8. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. If you have violated our terms and you're on a paid subscription, you forfeit the right to a refund.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of crypto payments and the adult industry, we will not be issuing refunds under any circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

ModelFindr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Trillium Group LLC, the parent company of ModelFindr, operates in compliance with all applicable Wyoming state laws and regulations.

14. Agency Verification and Legitimacy Disclaimers

14.1 Limited Verification: While ModelFindr conducts basic identity verification (KYC) for agencies similar to models, we do NOT verify business registration, business licenses, financial stability, operational legitimacy, or any other business credentials. KYC verification only confirms identity and age - it does not validate business practices or legitimacy.

14.2 No Agency Guarantees: ModelFindr makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about the legitimacy, financial stability, business practices, payment history, or professional conduct of any agencies on our platform. Users must conduct their own independent research and due diligence.

14.3 User Responsibility: Models are solely responsible for investigating agencies before entering business relationships. This includes but is not limited to verifying business registration, checking references, researching payment history, and seeking professional legal or financial advice before signing contracts or agreements.

14.4 No Liability for Agency Actions: ModelFindr is not liable for any actions, omissions, fraud, breach of contract, or misconduct by agencies, including but not limited to non-payment, contract violations, or any other business disputes between users.
