Connection credits are used when you start a new conversation with a model. Starter plans include 25 credits per month, while Pro plans include 100 credits per month. Once you've connected with a model, all follow-up messages in that conversation are free - you only use a credit for the initial outreach.

If a model messages you first, no credit is used - the connection is free. Your monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Need more? You can purchase additional credit packs that never expire and carry over month to month.

This system encourages thoughtful outreach while still being far more economical than marketplace per-lead fees. At 30 USDT for 25 connections, you're paying around $1.20 per model contact - compared to hundreds of dollars on traditional marketplaces.

The free plan lets you create an agency profile and browse models, but you cannot initiate conversations or respond to messages. You can view model profiles, but you're limited to seeing only their main avatar image - no access to their full photo galleries, last online times, or additional photos. Free-tier agencies also can't use any smart filters or advanced filtering options on the Connect page.

KYC ensures everyone on the platform is verified to be over 18 years old. It also gives us complete control over platform access, allowing us to ban users who violate our policies or engage in fraudulent behavior. We do the best we can, but we can never guarantee that models didn't use fake IDs, someone else's ID, or that the model is actually controlling the account. It's the internet - pretending to be someone else isn't extremely difficult. It's the agency's responsibility at all times to ensure that the person they're communicating with is a consenting adult.

During onboarding, models agree to an anti-human trafficking clause stating they are the person uploading the ID, they control the account, they're voluntarily signing up, and they understand the explicit nature of the platform. While this helps, it's not bulletproof.

Our inability to 100% confirm that someone is over 18 is exactly why we don't allow explicit content on the platform. Every image uploaded by a model is manually approved by an administrator to ensure compliance with our content policies.

All agencies should always store a copy of identification from any model they work with. ModelFindr makes absolutely no guarantees about the legitimacy or majority age of any model. We simply can't give guarantees given how the internet works.

This is our biggest challenge and we take it extremely seriously. Marketplaces cannot be allowed to turn our platform into a honeypot where they recruit models who legitimately came here seeking direct agency partnerships. We will not tolerate it.

We have aggressive measures in place. Every single agency profile gets manually reviewed before approval. Anything suspicious gets rejected immediately. Models receive extensive education about marketplace tactics and scams throughout the platform - on the inbox page, in knowledge base articles, everywhere we can warn them.

We actively hunt down violators. Models can report any agency they suspect of marketplace activity or dishonest intentions. We investigate every report and take swift action against confirmed bad actors.

Our bounty program is our strongest weapon. See one of our models listed on a marketplace? Report it through the bounty program. We investigate every single report manually. Confirmed violators get you one month of free Pro membership, and we permanently ban the offending account. Zero tolerance.

We're building a scammer database. Coming soon: a lookup tool where anyone can search usernames, emails, or phone numbers to see scam reports and evidence. Every marketplace and abusive agency gets added to this permanent record. They'll be exposed forever with proof of their actions.
